Brand new rates and structure! Better for everyone! First up: Lead engineers are $70/hr (Chris & Randy). 2nd up: Staff Engineers are $50/hr (Vince and Todd). Staff engineers will now take $50/hr sessions in which ever studio is first available! Then we are also able to offer a super discounted rate of $30/hr with a Student Engineer. Student Engineers are recording school graduates and have been additionally trained up here at Barron to meet our minimum standards. They are learning. They are slow. They are dirt cheap. We only open the studio up to them late at night and Sundays for this killa rate. Peep our rates page for more info…or give us a call.

The new facility is officially open for recording. The Warehouse at Barron Studios is our premier multi-room studio - spacious control room, three acoustically diverse tracking spaces, private lounge, and exceptional gear. The live room is acoustically tuned 350 sq/ft capable of 3 second reverb tails- perfectly tailorable for massive punchy drums or beautiful natural room for a string quartet. The vocal booth is tightly acoustically controlled, like you’d expect, complete with full wall upholstered in suede and wood trim.

Hello Houston!! We are MOVING to a newly designed facility minutes West of downtown starting February 1, 2011. The phone number is the same. Current rates are available and are not changing. Introducing kFrank and his first full length project. We had the pleasure of working with Frank and Co. this summer. Chris @Barron recorded and mixed the whole project. Then it got sent over the England for mastering by Kevin Grainger at Wired Masters. The Predicate EP Revised feature production from Nuel & Bleu, and an eclectic cast from around the globe. Flesh Parade’s long awaited “Dirty Sweet” has finally arrived. After two years of meticulous performance, recording, mixing, and general brutality to ear drums, these 17 songs of grind get released to the wild.
